Description
The Parc de l'Acadie was created as part of the festivities of the 2014 World Acadian Congress. It is a testament to the importance of water and forest in the colonization and industrialization of Acadia of the Lands and Forests. Interpretation panels tell the story of log driving, long practiced on the Madawaska River.
