This historic building in Notre-Dame-du-Lac was once the general store owned by Louis-Philippe Beaulieu. Now it acts as a cultural centre for all the region. It houses the local library, a museum managed by the Témiscouata Historical and Archaeological Society, a music school and a café-bistro. There is also a multipurpose room for professional shows, in association with the group Les 4 Scènes.
The BeauLieu Culturel is a place for shows, gatherings, conferences, workshops and cultural events aimed at all age groups. At the 2016 Gala de l'entreprise du Témiscouata, the organization was named Cultural Enterprise of the year.
With a wide range of services and workshops, The BeauLieu Culturel provides a warm and friendly meeting place for people of all ages. It can be rented for private functions.
