Welcome to the Yellow House on the Lake, in the wonderful region of Témiscouata. Overlooking the magnificent lake Témiscouata, the brand new deck (23 feet x 12 feet) with its incredible view is a great place for dining with family or friends. Just below is a very beautiful 300 foot private beach, on a lake 45 km long by 2 km wide. There is also a heated garage for storing sports equipment (bicycles, kayaks, snowmobiles).
The Yellow House has just been given a major facelift with a complete renovation in the spring of 2022. Everything is modern and up to date with a beautiful new kitchen, fiberglass terrace, beds, mattresses, bedding and sofa.
Many summer and winter activities are possible such as cycling, water sports, snowmobiling, hiking and cross-country skiing. From the house there is direct access onto the Petit Témis cycle path which links Cabano and Dégelis. This sector (28 km) is particularly popular as it follows the shoreline and has amazing views of the large lake. In winter, it becomes a snowmobile trail. Close by, the Corégone ferry crosses the lake and gives you access to the opposite shore and Témiscouata National Park.
