The Domaine Acer, ECONOMUSEUM® of maple products, showcases the transformation of maple against a backdrop of traditional and contemporary methods. The guided tour explains why maple sap flows and how it is transformed into syrup and alcoholic aperitifs (named aceritifs). A collection of artefacts that were used in the old days is on show and at the end of the visit you are given some delicious recipes that have been concocted by well known chefs using our products.
Taste our latest vintages, as well as our gourmet products, and you will feel all the passion, audacity and determination that inspire our craftsmen: Prémices d'Avril is a white semi-dry wine(12%); Mousse des Bois (12%) is a sparkling brut champagne style wine; Val Ambré (16%) is an aperitif type Pineau des Charentes; and Charles-Aimé Robert (17%) is a Tawny type port wine.
Here, deep in the heart of the Témiscouata countryside, the charming gray planked buildings are stamped with, and exude, a warmth and welcome. Something special!
